• Full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Support • Responsible for the technical support of the project • Smooth transition to the Technical Consultant • Work on the tickets • Deploy in a development environment • Inform the customer that the solution is ready for testing in developing • Get feedback from the customer regarding the ticket • Deployment in production • Configuration and implementation

Requirements

• Creatio CRM experience and certification • Proficiency in the office suite • Working knowledge with virtualization technologies • Working knowledge with AWS, Azure • Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies • Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN • Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP • SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres) • Experience with Jira
