Description

• This is a full-time, remote role for a Creatio Technical Support. • You will be primarily responsible for the technical support of the project with the smooth transition to the Technical Consultant. • Work on tickets, deploy in a development environment, inform customers about solution readiness. • Get feedback from customers, deploy in production, and configure implementations.

Requirements

• Creatio CRM experience and certification. • Proficiency in the office suite. • Working knowledge with virtualization technologies. • Working knowledge with AWS, Azure. • Experience with docker, chef, puppet, vagrant or other orchestration technologies. • Experience with source code management software such as git, SVN. • Programming background (knows c# or php), strong in PHP. • SQL knowledge (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres). • Experience with Jira.
