• Open to Latin America • Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, from sourcing to hiring. • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on technical needs. • Use sourcing techniques across LATAM to attract top candidates. • Work independently to meet hiring goals. • Provide updates to Hiring Managers on recruitment processes.
Requirements
• At least 4 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter. • Experience sourcing candidates across Latin America using various tools and strategies. • In-depth knowledge of IT functions and the technical skills required for various positions. • Experience conducting interviews in English (validating technical skills and soft skills). • Experience working with ATS systems. • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1).
