📋 Description
• At EXPANSIA, we are focused on partnering with America’s top companies to acquire new talent with speed, accuracy, and a differentiated pricing model. • We pride ourselves in acquiring top talent to ensure our clients' competitive advantage. • We are looking for individuals to be part of our talent acquisition team. • Talent Associates are the forefront to finding new and extraordinary talent for our clients and for EXPANSIA. • Candidates are expected to establish a work schedule to accommodate the needs of the position, with work averaging 20-30hours/week. • Our main goal at TalentWerx is to hire both for EXPANSIA and for our commercial clients. • TAs performance will be measured by Reach Outs, Screens, Forward to Clients, and Hires. • The proposed hourly rate for this position is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with an additional commission structure. • There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. • Our employees value the flexibility EXPANSIA allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. • We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and learning and development opportunities. • Our unique mix of benefits options is designed to support and protect employees and their families.
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge in recruiting, sales, marketing & customer engagement • Familiarity with maintaining candidate pipelines in HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Confidence in making cold calls • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews via phone or video • Hands-on experience with screening/selection processes • Experience working in a remote work environment • Willingness to be flexible and adapt in a growing, evolving, company environment • Strong time management and decision-making skills
