Description

• Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely • Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders • Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week • Engage and respond to clients in a timely manner • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner • Test and support Direct to Employer products • Understand therapist experience and implement best practices • Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor • Obtain additional professional licensure in assigned states

Requirements

• Minimum education of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science • Current California licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy • Individual NPI number • Submission of fully completed, signed CAQH application • Comfortable learning new online tools and technology • Reliable internet connection
