Description

• Our mission at Talkspace is to make therapy affordable and accessible to everyone. • Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy • Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders • Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 hours of clinical engagement per week • Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner • Test and support Direct to Employer products including our new digital EAP • Understand therapist experience on the platform and formulate best practices to implement to improve therapist experience • Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current Illinois licensure: • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) • Current independent clinical licensure in another U.S. state • Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase) • Comfortable learning new online tools and technology • Reliable internet connection
