β’ Serves as an integral member of the team through implementation, coordination, and evaluation of rehabilitation services and programs for designated geography. β’ Supervises and directs team, including therapists, therapy assistants, and other staff as necessary. β’ Assists customers within their designated geography with outreach and program development to meet the customer's needs. β’ Ensures and validates customer satisfaction through strategic planning, organic growth, problem resolution, and relationship. β’ Oversees compliance with accurate documentation, billing of therapy services, and denials. β’ Partners with HR to ensure compliance with annual compliance and licensure requirements of all staff. β’ Demonstrates understanding of regulatory policy, clinical practices guidelines, compliance, reimbursement, and documentation expectations in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. β’ Plans, develops, implements, and monitors operations for overall quality, effectiveness, and financial viability. β’ Assists in the collection and preparation of required budget information as requested. β’ Works with Rehab and Care Delivery Team to ensure operational and clinical functions deliver desired results across defined area. β’ Takes responsibility for the development, retention, hiring, performance management, compensation, and engagement of therapy staff. β’ Oversees clinical competency of therapy staff and implementation of clinical resources, core programs, and applicable specialty products. β’ Partners with Clinical Specialist and utilizes/implements appropriate resources as recommended. β’ Delivers patient care and/or clinical supervision to meet each patient's goals and needs as prescribed by medical doctor and determined by the evaluation and treatment plans.
β’ Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure. β’ Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation. β’ One year of management experience preferred. β’ Requires current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. β’ When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
