• Tapcheck is looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to lead development and optimization of digital presence. • You'll own our website, landing pages, ensuring high performance and conversion focus. • Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance user experience and drive engagement. • Your work will play a key role in scaling Tapcheck’s online growth and elevating brand. • Own end-to-end development of Tapcheck’s Webflow website, ensuring high-performing experience. • Collaborate with marketing team to implement landing pages and website updates driving engagement. • Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices. • Manage external agencies for Webflow development ensuring high-quality execution. • Develop custom interactions and CMS-driven content to elevate UX/UI. • Troubleshoot technical issues ensuring uptime, security, and functionality. • Maintain design consistency, accessibility standards and mobile-first practices. • Stay ahead of Webflow updates, trends, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of Webflow development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven websites. • Design experience, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and user experience best practices. • Strong understanding of SEO, site performance optimization, and conversion rate best practices. • Experience integrating Webflow with marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards. • A collaborative mindset, working closely with designers, content strategists, and growth marketers. • A data-driven approach, leveraging insights to inform design and functionality improvements. • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or a high-growth startup
