• Drive engagement across digital platforms • Develop product strategy for Taproot Plus • Lead a team of engineers and UX resources • Manage engineering team and priorities • Deploy an agile process within the team • Manage budget, scope, and backlog
Requirements
• 7+ years' experience in a technical product management role • Experience leading an internal/external engineering team • Bachelor’s degree; Engineering degree preferable • Extensive knowledge of web development lifecycle • Experience with CMS platforms and headless CMS setups • Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms • Ability to work with non-technical colleagues • Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems • Stay abreast of developments and trends in website design and development
