• Responsible for supporting all aspects of Business Development for Sales including leads, projects and follow ups. • Foster collaboration between the Business Development team and sales force. • Lead Management Support sales force in assigning & qualifying leads from multiple sources. • Follow lead cadence as outlined. • Set appointments with sales team and customers. • Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process. • Collaborate with sales team to identify and covert target accounts. • Support Marketing campaigns/initiatives. • Update backlog of leads. • Pipeline Management. • Assist sales force in managing projects in CRM. • Generate & follow up on projects, probabilities, dates, win/loss. • Create quotes & SPAs as applicable. • Create tracking from lead to sales. • Supports sales forecast by accurately updating projects in CRM. • Communicate requests for changes/additions per guidelines.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or supply chain. • Associate degree in related field or relevant experience preferred. • Ability to speak and communicate well with associates within the company and with customers. • Comfortable with making cold calls. • Establish and maintain close-working relationships with all partnering teams (i.e., segment VPs, sales, finance, and customer service, & marketing) and external customers.
