Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects • Global mindset with sensitivity to timezones and cultures • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment • Proficiency with office productivity tools including Google Suite • Flexible team player willing to adapt to changes • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Attention to detail and good analytical skills • Promote and support an inclusive environment
