• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development • Hands-on experience working on Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts • Good understanding of IT Service Management • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript • Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
