📋 Description
• Responsible for driving the company’s finance compliance initiative • Support the finance compliance team’s overall planning initiatives • Ensure accurate and timely filing of various tax returns • Prepare and submit administrative compliances to BIR • Assist in collation of documents and reconciliation schedules • Perform month-end closing activities related to tax provision • Compute for quarterly and annual Income Tax provision • Monitor tax GL accounts to ensure reconciliation with filed returns • Liaise with BIR on applications and inquiries • Participate in tax projects and support other teams with tax-related queries
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in tax, PEZA/BIR and government compliance • Proficiency in accounting standards and rules • Good planning and organizational skills • Basic knowledge in Oracle, SAP, or other major ERP is preferred but not required
