📋 Description
• Remote Senior Recruiter managing end-to-end recruitment • Act as main recruiter for assigned clients • Source candidates efficiently and maintain ATS records • Conduct interviews and administer relevant skill assessments • Ensure candidates meet pre-employment standards • Fulfill hiring target of 3 hires per month
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience with main focus on IT and A&F requirements for clients in the IT, BPO or shared services setup • Knowledge of the STAR Interview Response Technique • A Filipino living anywhere in the Philippines • With a bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Studies or equivalent • Can start on or before March 31, 2025
