• About Tava Health: Transforming the mental healthcare landscape • Seeking a passionate and driven Provider Growth Associate • Key role in scaling community of mental health providers • Provide strategic business consultancy for mental health providers • Respond to 100+ inbound requests monthly • Hold 30+ meetings a week tailored by license type and location • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout onboarding • Meet and exceed KPIs and personal goals for growth
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales, with bonus points for startup environment or small business sales experience • Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and talented team • Confident in your ability to succeed and adaptable to continue to grow your skills • Effective communication skills over zoom, phone, and via email
