📋 Description

• Taxwell is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, data analysis, and performance reporting. • This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and developing insights to drive business efficiency and growth. • The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights. • Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis to assess performance and highlight key insights. • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and refinement of budget and forecast processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Support the development and maintenance of dynamic financial models to drive strategic planning and informed decision-making. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance FP&A efficiency. • Partner with leaders across the organization to align FP&A reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with business needs. • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of key metrics, trends, and system updates. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data management and quality control processes. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, integrating relevant insights into financial analysis and strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Proficiency in using Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar reporting software • Proven experience in financial and/or quantitative analysis, budgeting, and variance analysis • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis • Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval, manipulation, and analysis • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines
