• As a Chief of Staff at this level, you will serve in one of 3 roles laid out below. • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to quickly learn the business and act as the CEO’s right hand. • Provide administrative, financial, and operational support to the CEO. • Assist with strategic initiatives, support program management, and support hire and onboarding of department staff by the executives. • Role can grow to mid-level managerial role with successful performance. • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.
Requirements
• 3+ years of management consulting or similar field experience • 2+ years of management experience • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must • Concise, persuasive, and authentic communicator both verbally and in written communication • High gear operator who doesn’t take no for an answer • Superb judgement and integrity, unparalleled confidentiality, and sophistication in all aspects of work • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives • Specific Administration/Assistant Role: B.S. or higher in Business Admin (or equivalent work experience) • Digital Marketing/ Social Media Role: B.S. or higher in Marketing/Multimedia Design (or equivalent work experience) • Product development/Founding Software Engineering Role: B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience) • 3+ years of demonstrable experience architecting and developing web/mobile applications with Typescript, HTML 5, Javascript (Phaser experience a plus), React, Next JS. Backend experience with server management is a big plus. • Demonstrable experience with Front End development. • Demonstrable experience writing type-safe code with Scripting languages.
