📋 Description

• Maximize online and website tools to provide customers first-rate experience • Support Online Sales Team by fielding incoming leads from division and/or corporate office • Provide regional support to multiple division online sales teams • Convert qualified appointments to sales monthly • Understand each division’s monthly sales commitment • Work to understand the Online Sales Manager role • Manage multiple communication channels including calls, email chat, and social media • Gather and track prospect information utilizing a CRM system • Schedule onsite, phone, or virtual appointments for sales team • Qualify leads utilizing experience strategies in alignment with Internet Sales Scorecard • Maintain knowledge of product, community information, and customer service recovery strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Current Real Estate license • Weekday and Weekend availability • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications and savvy computer skills • Solid organizational and planning skills • Documentation skills • Customer service oriented and believe customers are the number one priority • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Proven email, text, video message, and phone communication skills • An ability to maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment without daily supervision • Ability to multi-task and manage time well • Must have a private workspace free from noise and distraction • High Speed Internet with a proper workstation to support required computer equipment
