Description

• Manage SOX controls for accurate financial reporting • Support testing and annual auditing of controls • Understand critical data elements and inventory SOX controls • Drive improvements in the control environment • Perform control validation activities • Serve as subject matter expert

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 7+ years bank operations experience • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite software • Trained in Lean, Six Sigma and AOM • Skilled in research, analysis, problem solving, metrics and reporting • Ability to identify process gaps and weaknesses • Strong interpersonal and influence skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
