Requirements

• Undergraduate degree preferred. • 10+ years of relevant experience. • Deep industry and business knowledge on risk and control functions. • Expert knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures. • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor trends. • Ability to establish goals and objectives for multiple teams. • Ability to support forecasting initiatives. • Advanced ability to lead and evaluate projects. • Skill in mentoring, coaching, and performance management. • Proficiency in analytical software and data analysis. • Effective communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently. • Sound judgement in decision making. • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
