Description

• Join TD SYNNEX as a Senior Director of Security Compliance. • Spearhead security compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to all regulations and industry standards. • Develop and execute a strategic vision for global security compliance. • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive security compliance program. • Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and guidelines. • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, SOX). • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps. • Develop and implement a global risk assessment framework. • Manage incident response and recovery plans ensuring readiness. • Build, mentor, and lead a diverse global team of security compliance professionals. • Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units on security compliance. • Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and the board of directors. • Engage with international regulatory bodies and industry groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on security compliance. • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX, ISO 27001, NIST). • Proven experience in developing and implementing security compliance programs. • Strong understanding of risk management, incident response, and security assessment methodologies. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable. • Experience working in a global role with exposure to diverse international markets and regulatory environments. • Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures. • Experience in translating technical security concepts into business value propositions for customers.
