📋 Description
• Implementation with internal and external sales partners/channels • Demonstrate and promote high customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS) • Ensure the achievement of expected order intake and revenue targets • Increase revenue and gain market share • Explore new markets and sales channels in collaboration with the TE Sales Matrix structure and sales representatives • Optimize all sales processes • Expansion and management of both inside and outside sales • Development and implementation of sales strategies • Coordination of all sales activities • Acquisition of new customers • Strategic planning and development of new markets and distribution channels • Maintain stable and long-lasting customer relationships • Develop and monitor sales targets • Conduct market analyses • Responsibility for achieving targets (controlling) • Personnel responsibility: lead, qualify, and manage the sales team • Represent the company at trade shows and customer events • Build and further develop the sales network for and with Kries Energietechnik
