β’ Working in the TEIS PMO as an intern focused on improving our Project Management ecosystem at TE, gaining exposure to how an IT organization manages demand & track work efforts β’ Helping our users through change by growing and utilizing Organizational Change Management techniques β’ Learning more about how Disaster Recovery is handled in an IT organization β’ Tackle each challenge with an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit β’ Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, research industry trends, develop a roadmap for best utilization of work management & collaboration tools and provide recommendations β’ Work with our Configuration Management Database to enable TEIS to respond effectively in a disaster
β’ Have Received a High School Diploma or GED β’ Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS or MA/MS Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS) from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.) β’ Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred β’ Are authorized to work in the U.S.
β’ Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $19.24--$40.84/HOUR (subject to change dependent on physical location) β’ TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. β’ TE has a robust internship program that provides our interns with an abundance of resources to feel included as part of our Team. β’ Every summer we coordinate various educational and networking events for our interns. β’ The TE University Relations team will be hosting virtual meetups, information sessions, tours, skill building presentations, and topping it off with National Intern Day celebration activities. β’ Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.
