📋 Description
• Financial Business Partner for Product aligned work teams • Support product-aligned vertical in Industrial and Commercial Transportation • Development of new product financials and investment business cases • Management of Capital Expense requests and budgeting • Maintain dashboards and reports for business partners
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration • MBA a plus • 5+ years in progressive financial roles • Understanding Manufacturing and S&OP processes, and their financial implications • Experienced user of financial consolidation systems, ERP systems (SAP), spreadsheet analysis • Ability to create pro forma or forecasted financial statements • Drill-down variance analysis to explain root-cause and the story behind the numbers • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and written • Ability to develop talent, and effectively coach and motivate financial analysts and others
