📋 Description
• Drive the strategy and execution of user-centered design and research for internal and external digital products • Enhance internal data products for business decision-making and improving customer-facing digital experiences • Bridge UX, research, and data to create seamless, intuitive experiences that empower users to make informed decisions • Lead and grow a high-performing UX team while fostering a user-centered design culture
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in user experience, research, or product design, focusing on data products • Expertise in UX research methods, tools (Qualtrics, Dovetail, MS Clarity, etc.), information architecture, and data visualization principles • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams • Experience with design tools, systems (Figma, Sketch, etc.), and analytics platforms • Proven ability to translate complex data into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
