📋 Description

• Teach For All is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our global team. • Play a vital role in supporting a global community of changemakers developing collective leadership to ensure all children can fulfill their potential. • Be an integral part of our dynamic People Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our core people functions. • Manage international payroll and benefits, maintain critical employee data, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience (HR admin experience is preferred) • Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and GSuite • Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, Vlookup etc.) required • Detail orientation, experience in record keeping and ensuring consistency • Reliable; strong executor and ability to work independently. • Strong organizational skills, happy to offer behind the scenes support to the team. • Quick learner - they should be able to learn how our systems work quickly. • Demonstrates good judgement and instinct while having access to handling sensitive information • Ability to manage multiple streams of work. • Work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic, and globally dispersed team environment. • Team player and open to working flexibly with a small team tackling various shifting priorities.
