Description

• Provide personalized coaching through a holistic well-being app. • Guide clients in achieving their wellness goals, offering support and accountability. • Develop and deliver virtual programming and coaching sessions. • Maintain client records and foster strong relationships. • Support achievement of client metrics while promoting Exos values.

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) two years experience coaching experience or completion of Exos Performance Internship • BA/BS in Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree (Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field desired) • Currently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM • Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications • Excellent video presence and presentation skills in both small and large group settings • Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority • Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals • Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
