Requirements

• Alignment to Strategy: the candidate will be strategic in their actions, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company’s OKRs. They must be adaptable, ready to pivot based on product exploration outcomes, and skilled at synthesizing insights from these workshops to inform and refine product strategy and development. • Discovery and Workshops: the candidate can effectively lead exploration workshops, will possess strong facilitation skills, enabling them to guide teams through ideation and problem-solving sessions. They should be adept at fostering collaboration, encouraging creative thinking, and driving consensus. • Product Delivery: the candidate must be capable of handling significant ambiguity, particularly in the areas of ideation and early product prototyping. • Roadmaps: the candidate must excel in drafting a clear and strategic product roadmap, maintaining its relevance as priorities shift.
