Requirements

• Broad technical expertise across most areas: software design and development, AI tools, databases, cloud-based servers, security, performance tuning, APIs, and statistical programming languages • Productive engineer who sets an example by getting stuff done and achieving aggressive goals • Demonstrated ability to improve existing software code and infrastructure • Sufficient quantitative background to work with data scientists • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Pragmatic approach prioritizing customer and business value • Adept at evaluating technical decisions and communicating with non-technical stakeholders • Approachable, humble team player eager to share knowledge • Passion for sports analytics, betting, pools, and fantasy sports
