📋 Description
• Plan and oversee activities to achieve building production goals including cost estimates and schedules • Manage project costs through budget comparisons and solicit bids for sub-contracted work • Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance with scope, quality, and safety
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in project management or business operations, particularly in residential construction • 1-3 years of experience in relationship management with local government, community organizations, and non-profits • Knowledge of residential construction tasks • Understanding of residential building codes and permitting processes • Knowledge of Critical Path Scheduling methods • Experience in local community recovery efforts, e.g., LTRG or VOAD experience • Success in matrix managed environments
