• Team Rubicon seeks a Leased Employee for Strategic Partnerships • Coordinate and manage fundraising activities and projects • Collaborate with Development team to meet annual fundraising goals • Build effective relationships with teams, partners, donors • Act as project manager for partnerships, ensure timelines and contract deliverables are met • Manage contract lifecycle for partners and develop project plans • Track donor and donation information in database • Create important documentation and track invoices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1-4 years of experience in fundraising/nonprofit management or equivalent experience • Proficient in Jira (or similar project management tool) and Microsoft Office Suite • Experience in database management or data entry and adept at handling confidential donor information • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and innovate effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and produce results while being able to adjust to constantly changing circumstances, deadlines, and parameters with a positive and ambitious attitude • Efficient and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills – both verbal and written; strong social skills required
