Description

• As the Lead/Staff GenAI Engineer at TeamSense, you will be part of the team driving Agentic AI development, delivering multi agent workflows and related architecture. • Build multi-agent workflow • Own end-to-end design and implementation of Agents • Train, retrain models; optimize for performance • Educate and Influence Platform & Data engineering to be LLM-aware

Requirements

• Min 10 years as an Engineer, Preferably with platform engineering background. • Hands-on industry or academic research experience with LLM/GenAI. • Must have experience in one of these following areas: NLP, Knowledge Graphs, Conversational Agents and Personalization. • Deep knowledge of Python. Rust is a definite bonus. • You are passionate about AI and latest research (agentic) • You like fast-paced engineering • You value accountability and agency over what you build • You are a teacher at heart, you love teaching engineers better craft • You are driven by empathy and curiosity
