β€’ TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN APPLICANT, PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR MOST UP-TO-DATE RESUME AND A VIDEO INTRODUCTION TAILORED TO THIS JOB POSTING! β€’ Job Type: Full-time β€’ Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break β€’ Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Specialist to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality product data through Excel-based automation and structured data management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing product information workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth with a well-maintained catalog. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Manage and maintain product data in Excel, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and structure. β€’ Conduct routine data audits to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, and missing information. β€’ Maintain product taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata for better organization. β€’ Automate data workflows using Excel formulas, data validation, and imports/exports to improve efficiency. β€’ Identify and mark outdated or obsolete products as discontinued while maintaining a database of active vs. inactive SKUs. β€’ Ensure product listings are fully optimized with correct attributes and specifications. β€’ Ensure 99% product data accuracy and completeness through weekly data audits and effective data management processes. β€’ Complete full product catalogs for the top 10 manufacturers with all required attributes. β€’ Upload, manage, and update product information on Shopify, ensuring seamless integration and accurate catalog updates.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Strong expertise in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, automation). β€’ Experience in data management, governance, and taxonomy classification. β€’ Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital asset management. β€’ Experience with Shopify is a plus (product uploads, data imports/exports, and catalog management). β€’ Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) & data integration techniques. β€’ Meticulous & detail-oriented – ensuring data integrity and accuracy. β€’ Process-driven & tech-savvy – able to create and maintain structured workflows. β€’ Proactive & adaptable – identifies and addresses potential data errors early. β€’ Growth-minded – continuously seeks ways to improve data workflows and processes. β€’ Ability to work independently while following structured workflows and meeting deadlines.
