📋 Description

• Are you a detail-oriented logistics and customer service professional with a passion for delighting customers in the e-commerce space? Do you thrive on providing outstanding phone and email support while driving sales? If so, we’re looking for you to join our growing team. • As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage logistics, provide top-notch customer support, and contribute to sales growth in the US market. • Your responsibilities will be divided into: • 60% Logistics & Operations – Managing warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, and shipping processes • 25% Customer Service – Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care • 15% Sales – Providing product recommendations and closing deals through phone and email interactions • Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat • Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and offer tailored product recommendations • Craft detailed email responses with 2-3 product options, helping customers make informed decisions • Drive sales growth by effectively engaging with potential buyers and closing deals

🎯 Requirements

• Operations & Logistics Experience – 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations and warehouse logistics • Customer Service Expertise – 3+ years in customer support, with experience handling inquiries across multiple channels • Sales Acumen – 2+ years of phone-based sales experience, with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases • Shopify Knowledge – 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores • Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to coordinate logistics efficiently and ensure timely deliveries • Customer-Centric Mindset – Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences • Familiarity with the US E-Commerce Market – Understanding of logistics, delivery networks, and customer expectations • Technical Proficiency – Experience with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is a plus • Excellent English Communication Skills – Both verbal and written
