Weekend work may be required during peak periods (<1% of the time). • Experience Required: Four years in search marketing or equivalent experience. • Overview: The Paid Search Specialist will manage search campaigns and should possess four years of experience in Paid Search, Display, or Shopping campaigns. Candidates should be self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketing. • Responsibilities: • Implement campaign components: keywords, ad copy, site optimization. • Optimize shopping feeds and account structures. • Conduct account audits and monitor performance goals. • Develop strategies aligned with client goals. • Lead client calls and provide troubleshooting support. • Assist in data collection and reporting. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and improve skills. • Maintain certifications in search engine marketing tools.

Requirements

Four years of search marketing experience. • Bachelor's degree with critical thinking and quantitative skills. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience with Google AdWords and Analytics. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and able to multitask. • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and other PPC tools. • Google Certifications. • Experience with third-party bidding and real-time bidding software.
