Description

• Oversees all creative deliverable tracking from conception through fabrication, managing internal and external approvals, and ensuring all deadlines are met • Masters client brand guidelines and tracks continuity throughout project • Ability decipher creative briefs and arm a creative team with all info, direction, and assets they need throughout the project • Can effectively communicate information with internal team and external clients, written and spoken • Work with internal production teams and vendors to align deliverable schedules • Routes work between all responsible parties in all stages of project development • Facilitates creative team and internal meetings for reviews of work • Prepares regular status reports for weekly and monthly meetings • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before distributing to client • Ensures assets are complete, current, and stored properly • Resolves issues in a timely manner • Assures project legal documents (model releases, photo/art releases, etc.) are completed and signed • Manages project time-tracking and burn reports with Director PM

Requirements

• 1-3 Years Project Management Experience within a creative department or working alongside creatives / creative deliverables • Proficient at forecasting project resources, timelines, and budgets • Strongly detail oriented in a deadline-driven environment • Understands the general flow of an experiential project, from conception through activation • Strong understanding of design, digital and social terminology • Excellent written and oral communication • Comfortable with client relations and communicating with senior leadership • Experience with online and/or interactive campaigns • Grammar and copy review skills are a plus
