📋 Description

• Teamworks, the Operating System for Sports™, powers more than 6,500 sports organizations worldwide. • Looking for a strategic, driven General Manager to own business outcomes and objectives for the Teamworks Performance Category. • Define the category product and go-to-market strategy, oversee a portfolio of products. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment. • Requires a deep understanding of the elite athletics market, strong business acumen, and rich experience in product management. • Ability to align product strategy with overall company goals and evangelize stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience in general management or product management role, preferably within a relevant industry. • Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Comprehensive understanding of product development and go-to-market strategies and processes. • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making skills. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making. • Experience working with remote teams or a distributed workforce is a plus. • Experience working in the human performance and/or sports tech market. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
