📋 Description

• As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering, lead and coach engineering managers. • Align business goals with technical execution across multiple teams. • Drive strategic outcomes and make data-driven decisions. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. • Collaborate with executives and product teams to define a unified vision. • Own and drive the delivery of scalable and secure software solutions. • Oversee system architecture to support scalability and performance. • Communicate progress and risks effectively to all stakeholders. • Champion the use of modern front-end technologies. • Advocate for DevOps practices, driving automation and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering management experience, including managing teams of 6+ engineers. • Proven ability to foster team collaboration and mentor engineers. • Strong proficiency in Java, React, and modern web technologies. • Hands-on experience with cloud services such as GCP or AWS. • Deep understanding of Code Security practices. • Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases and real-time data streaming technologies. • Demonstrated ability to design and build enterprise-level applications. • Experience in leading architecture decisions for complex systems. • Skilled in implementing and managing systems for analytics and monitoring. • Ability to optimize and streamline data pipelines.
