• Drive outbound strategy by shaping targeted, high-impact programs • Understand ideal customer profile and refine targeting • Develop and optimize prospecting lists and audience segments • Partner with Sales and Operations for coordinated outreach • Build and monitor outbound programs for performance improvement • Craft effective outbound cadences with strong copywriting • Stay current with outbound best practices for sales motions • Integrate AI tools to enhance outreach and engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in outbound sales programs or similar roles • Proven ability to build and manage prospecting lists and segments effectively • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and best practices • Exceptional written communication skills with experience creating engaging sales cadences • Familiarity with leading AI tools and their application in outbound sales • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Operations teams
