Description

• Responsible for building interactive Tableau dashboards for FP&A and HR teams. • Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions. • Design and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and metrics. • Clean, transform, and structure raw data for analysis in Tableau. • Collaborate with data engineers on data models and ETL processes. • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and provide recommendations. • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and support Tableau users.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Online. • Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques. • Experience with data integration tools (ETL processes, data blending, etc.). • Familiarity with data storage systems like SQL Server and cloud solutions. • Experience with Excel, Python, or R is a plus. • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear data insights. • Understanding of data visualization best practices. • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction. • Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
