• Perform comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to cultivate leads and convert them into sales opportunities • Lead and manage contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients • Support the analysis of sales data to accelerate and replicate winning practices while learning from losses • Maintain practical knowledge about defined markets, targets, industries, and all company services

Requirements

• 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a related field with experience in the European Market • Strong analytical and market research skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
