• TechBiz Global is a leading IT recruitment company. • Seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager for a major crypto exchange. • Responsible for sourcing and managing KOLs and affiliates in the crypto space. • Oversee marketing activities and ensure consistent strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in marketing/BD in the web 3 industry preferable with crypto exchanges, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing programs and working with influencers. • Native/Professional Dutch/French/German speaker, fluent in both written and verbal English, fluent in additional language is a plus but not a must. • Strong understanding in current web 3 trends, market dynamics, and key players, with a strong knowledge of the local culture and regulation. • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Workspace, Gleam, Twitter Analytics, and content management systems. • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as: Twitter/x, tiktok, facebook, instagram, youtube, telegram, discord, etc • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
