📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Candidates must live in assigned sales territory. • Work sponsorship is not available. • Must have direct sales experience with identity software/services. • As a Senior Sales Advisor at TechDemocracy, you will be at the forefront of digital identity transformation, hunting sales within new large enterprise accounts across USA. • Your expertise in consultative selling and deep knowledge of cybersecurity services, particularly in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Security Transformation & Integration Services, will be pivotal in building strong client relationships and closing high-value deals. • Work with key Identity software partners (e.g., Ping Identity, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Saviynt, Delinea, Okta etc) to drive complementary software resell and implementation services into key accounts in your assigned territory. • Engage with the C-suite, demonstrating strong executive presence and excellent listening skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of consistent employment within consultative sales, direct field sales roles, with a focus on driving new customer wins and regional development in the Enterprise IT space. • Extensive experience in the Identity Cybersecurity sector (IAM, IGA, PAM) and GRC. • Experience partnering with our software vendor partners. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual sales quota targets. • Experience in engaging with the C-suite and demonstrating strong executive presence. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
