📋 Description
• Analyze shipping data to identify cost savings opportunities. • Compare courier rates to recommend optimal shipping partners and strategies. • Build dynamic reports and dashboards using Excel and data visualization tools. • Prepare client-facing summaries with clear, actionable recommendations. • Design scalable processes for rate comparisons and report generation. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot CRM. • Engage with clients to understand their shipping requirements. • Assist the sales team with data-driven insights for customer proposals.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in logistics, eCommerce, or third-party logistics (3PL) preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Working knowledge of shipping platforms like techSHIP and CRM software (HubSpot preferred). • Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various teams. • Excellent communication (verbal and written) for stakeholder presentations. • Organizational & time management skills to handle fast-paced logistics environments.
