Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of professional experience in technical writing, preferably in cloud technologies or software development, with a focus on federal or government IT solutions. • Solid understanding of cloud computing principles, especially within the context of federal cloud services, security, and compliance (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST). • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite for creating technical documentation. • Familiarity with version control and collaboration using GitHub repositories. • Practical knowledge of Docker, particularly in cloud infrastructure and containerized environments. • Experience with GitLab for version control and CI/CD-related documentation. • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure technical accuracy and consistency in all documentation. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
