Requirements
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, with a focus on web and mobile applications. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and current web/mobile UI trends. • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows and site maps that enhance the user experience. • Ability to conduct user research and testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements. • Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring inclusive design across platforms. • Experience in creating and managing design systems for consistent brand and product experience. • Strong attention to detail, with a knack for creating visually compelling and easy-to-navigate interfaces. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimizing user journeys and improving usability. • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies. • Advanced English level
