β€’ Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, customize and deploy Salesforce instances. β€’ Design and implement solutions within Salesforce for Nonprofits, provide ongoing support. β€’ Work closely with web development partners on custom Salesforce integrations. β€’ Conducting audits and evaluate existing instances prior to adoption in the support cycle. β€’ Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new features and functionalities. β€’ Implement and support automation workflows to streamline business processes. β€’ Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications to extend functionality. β€’ Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for administrators and end-users. β€’ Document all configurations, processes, and procedures. β€’ Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful user adoption. β€’ Quickly respond to and facilitate the completion of customer support requests. β€’ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Requirements

β€’ Experience as a Salesforce Implementation Consultant or similar role. β€’ Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud services. β€’ Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation. β€’ Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. β€’ Experience with Salesforce for nonprofits. β€’ Experience with data migration best practices. β€’ Experience customizing and managing Experience Cloud/Communities, force.com, or other front-end experiences in Salesforce. β€’ Experience or understanding working with web development partners on custom integrations with Salesforce. β€’ Salesforce Trailblazer Badges or other certifications.
