Description

• The Editorial Strategist is an editorial leader who works across multiple topic teams as an SME • Responsible for creating, maintaining and assigning editorial calendars for assigned topics and content cluster plans • Collaborate regularly with SEO and Business Development teams to ensure all topics are covered appropriately • Coordinate with the Creative team to develop high-value multimedia content for your topic • Work closely with the Content Operations team to source and recruit freelance writers

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of content strategy and planning experience • Minimum of 1 year of developmental editing experience for a technical audience, ideally with a B2B focus • High attention to detail to ensure content is fact-checked and accurate • Comprehensive understanding of editorial strategy for a variety of B2B technology topics including software • Working knowledge of SEO and revenue best practices for online content • Excellent time management, prioritization and resource scheduling skills and can meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and visual • Enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues in a team environment • Self-starter - that is, somebody who has a positive attitude and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get work done • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward. • Open to feedback and are a perpetual learner • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
