• Seeking an IT Support Engineer to ensure technology, networks, and software are optimized for success. • Manage Google Workspace and VPNs, secure devices and support end users. • Proactively identify and solve problems, driving efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional IT experience, with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cloud+, or Security+. • Proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems, with scripting experience and strong knowledge of hardware and software. • Experience with Google Workspace or Office 365 Admin, IT service management platforms like Jira, and mobile device management (MDM) systems. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and both verbal and written English communication skills. • Ability to lift up to 49lbs. and stand/walk as needed with or without reasonable accommodation. • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward. • Access to a working laptop/PC, stable internet, and backup connection.
