• TechOnPurpose is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead a nationwide sales team. • Responsible for advancing sales strategies and assessing market trends. • Help build a world-class sales organization and develop strategies for partner recruitment. • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to foster growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, marketing, or related field. • 8+ years of strong experience in dynamic sales & sales leadership roles. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to sustainably meet quota, and drive sales team success with 80% of sales reps at or above quota. • High effectiveness in collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Experience in delivering finely tuned, customer facing project plans and oversight. • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills. • A passion for helping people solve problems and a proven ability to understand technology concepts. • Highly organized self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to solve multiple, complex issues and work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Experience in managing budgets, expenses, and forecasts.
